Upon arrival there will be 10-15 minutes to have a drink and get to know the other course participants. Following the arrival of all participants, the course will begin, in which there will be an introduction to the material and cutting methods for the tiles. After the short introduction, each participant will be free to work on their project, enjoying a breathtaking view of the sea and the island of Crete. Once the work is finished, it will be necessary to leave the mosaic to dry at least 24 hours. The collection of the mosaic is scheduled for the day in the garden in front of a mosaic of the following dimensions 15m x 2m. During the whole course, photos will be taken, which will be sent to the participants who wish to do so by e-mail.

We will meet at the take off spot which is always defined by the weather conditions so we will give you the spot with google map when we have a clear wind forecast. The flight s duration is 15 minutes. There are beautiful places and sightseeing from above.No experience or equipment is required from you! The pilot will guide you and you ll enjoy the ride! First you are welcomed with a homemade refreshment or a greek coffee from the hostess. While you're enjoying your drink and homemade cookies, you will be informed about the mediterranean-based menu. You will learn about the significance of the "thieves dinner" (kleftiko),the main dish you're going to prepare (lamb). Next, you’ll prepare stuffed vegetables and stuffed grape leaves (dolmades). Then we will learn how to make kalitsounia.Theese traditional cretan pies are filled whith cheese and wild greens and herbs from our organic garden.We use our rolling pins to roll out the dough for that! Appetizers are prepared last but enjoyed first. Tzatziki and Ntakos. Time to eat! Enjoy all of the beautiful traditional Cretan dishes you’ve created with copious amounts of local wine. Be sure to leave room for dessert. I'll show the local monuments of chania to the tourists and provide informations for the local history.First we will go through the old venetian trench then we will ascend the venetian bastion and we will pass through the venetian harbor and the old naval bases and we will end up in the old Market of chania.

Exploring Chania by bike is the best way of seeing it all. Together we'll explore the other side of Chania. On a fun bike ride, accompanied by local guide you will experience our culture, our history and our way of life. We will make sure you have a memorable stay in Chania and live it like a local would, with the most eco friendly way. You will need medium level biking skills cause there will be few small uphills during this ride.

We will run from Koum Kapi in Chania through Chalepa and down to Koumpeli which marks the half way mark. Here we can visit the cute little church of St.George, drink the fresh spring water and catch our breath before running along the coastline to catch the beautiful sunset on the way back. A lot of locals are not aware of this beautiful route that is peaceful even during the high season. Afterwards we can have a well deserved beer in one of my favourite places by the sea. The run is approximately 8.5km and has a couple of hills. It is mostly road with a small section of trail. This is an all inclusive running group, so we will run at a very relaxed pace with opportunities to stop and take photos. During the run I will highlight all the points of interest, my recommendations for shops, restaurants and bars and other places to visit. I can talk to you about the culture here and how best to get the most of your trip including the best places to run for roads, trails, mountains and villages. If you love running, looking at the sea and exploring, this is the tour for you.

This experience was created to awaken your artistic side, as well as, delight your senses. Offered here is exclusive access to two very unique worlds of art and flavour. You and a group of friends will learn about the ancient technique of jewellery making through sand casting while enjoying the tastes of an award-winning Cretan boutique winery. Found nowhere else in Greece, this workshop is a hands-on experience for up to a maximum of 10 attendees including yourself. You will be taught the ancient art of sand casting and with your choice of silver (.925) or gold (10k, 14k, 18k) you will cast and polish a beautiful piece of jewellery to keep. This workshop will take place at the picturesque Manousakis winery, located just outside of Chania city. Here you will be surrounded by Cretan nature and indulge in the fine crafted wines and winery grown foods. The entire experience will take.place outside in a well ventilated area. All Covid-19 safety precautions will be in place to make sure all guests are comfortable and safe. Included in the booking fee is your 4-5 hours of instructed workshop time. All of the tools needed for casting and polishing. Finally, you will be given organic wine produced on site and fresh locally grown snacks on our break. Obviously you don't want to leave Crete without experiencing, what my friends describe this tour as a "magical and warm atmosphere "! This tour includes: •Traditional breakfast -Coffee next to the river so we can cool off -Tasting the famous sfakiani pie and drinking the Cretan tea (malotira) •Swimming next to an ancient castle •Dinner at the Kournas lake I will pick you up from your designated spot. Our first stop is a small beautiful village where Mrs. Maria will make us a delicious local breakfast. Next we will visit the picturesque village Vrisses where we will enjoy our frappe coffee next to the river under the plane tress. Continuing, our next stop is a mountainous village, where we will enjoy the famous raki (alcoholic drink originating in Crete) and rakomelo. From this amazing route we cannot miss the sea side village Sfakia and our final stop which is a must is the village next to Crete's most beautiful lake! Of yourse you will taste amazing grilled meat, Cretan sausages, Cretan cheese,tomatoes and cucumbers as this drive will take you from the North to the South of the island!

Pick up in Chania centro o vicino al vostro hotel. Il percorso sara' personalizzato in base alle vostre preferenze, capacita' e gusti. La prima tappa a Meskla, lì faremo una breve passeggiata nella GOLA DI SARAKINA, questa bellissima gola combina l'escursionismo nella natura con l'alpinismo; di breve lunghezza e facile da percorrere, è attraversata dal fiume Knopotamos ed è definita dalla sua ricca vegetazione e dai piccoli laghi che si creano vicino alle rocce. Successivamente ci recheremo al villaggio di Zourva a 572 m di altezza ai piedi delle Montagne Bianche. Gli abitanti del villaggio salvaguardano la cultura e l'ospitalità cretesi in modo che rimangano intatte e inalterate. Faremo una breve pausa per un pasto leggero in taverna prima di continuare la nostra passeggiata in nella foresta di pini sovrastante la gola di Tromarisa e la spettacolare vista verso il nord e il mare. Gradualmente scenderemo verso il villaggio di Theriso , fermandoci in un caseificio tradizionale aperto dal 1928! Attraverseremo la bellissima gola di Theriso, lunga 6 km, accompagna il fiume alberato ed è circondata dal verde di castagni e querce. Naturalmente la gola è anche una splendida passeggiata nell'aria pulita di montagna, ed è popolare per gli scalatori e gli escursionisti. Rientro accompagnato.

All'arrivo ci saranno 10-15 minuti per bere qualcosa e conoscere gli altri partecipanti del corso. In seguito all'arrivo di tutti i partecipanti avrà inizio il corso, nel qual ci sarà un introduzione del materiale e spiegazione sui metodi di taglio per le piastrelle. Dopo la breve introduzione ogni partecipante sarà libero di lavorare sul proprio progetto, godendo di una vista mozzafiato sul mare e l'isola di Creta. Il progetto sarà creato su una base di ceramica 12cm x 12cm, il quale sarà decorato con la tecnica del mosaico con sassi locali. Ad opera finita sarà necessario lasciare il mosaico asciugare almeno 24h. Il ritiro del mosaico é programmato per il giorno seguente in giardino di fronte a un mosaico di dimensioni 15m x 2m. Durante tutto il corso verranno scattate foto, le quali saranno inviate ai partecipanti che lo desiderano via e-mail.
