Arrive at Rayanne House, to be greeted by Bernie my wife and Co host winner of AA National award for hospitality . Feel the history of the period house while browsing through a collection of books and memorabilia about Titanic, see the painting from 1912 of Titanic and Rayanne House in the foreground. Have a photo op beside the stained glass window of Titanic before entering the period dining room for a unique dining experience. Tables are dressed with the flowers and some replica china pieces from the first class restaurant, boarding passes with the menu, and a souvenir booklet detailing each course and some interesting facts about life on board and Belfast in that era. Chat with Bernie and others about the history of the house and its links to Titanic. Make sure you arrive with a appetite as you start with the first course of 9 the Canape a L'Amiral. The menu has Edwardian flavours not seen on menus today, like the Rosewater and mint sorbet or Salmon and Mousseline sauce, a signature dish of the White star line that was also served at the Titanic Launch party in Belfast's Grand Central Hotel. As you relax at the end of the meal I will join you for a chat about the Titanic menu, my research into the heavily Escoffier influenced menu and the cooking methods of the day. Delighted to get some photos with you all and happy to share my recipes.

I am a qualified Chef with over 30 years experience, gathered from a variety of world locations. From London to Germany from France to New York. I am passionate about food and have researched the opulent Titanic Menu, this is a recreation of the dinner served to the first class passengers on the great Belfast built ship. I personally source and prepare each dish to ensure the highest of quality. I have won many awards and have cooked for dignitaries and famous people from all over the world. I have even taken the Titanic Menu "on the road" to the London Olympics and the LA times travel show but it is best served in the period dining room of the historic property of Rayanne House dating back to 1883 with views of Belfast Lough from where Titanic sailed out.

Missä tulette olemaan
Rayanne House is a beautiful historic property dating back to 1883, original features like stained glass windows, cornicing and fireplaces have been retained. The period dining room is in keeping with the opulent Titanic menu with views of Belfast Lough from where Titanic did her sea trials and departered on her maiden voyage.
