Some stands and trucks are better at preparing different meats and cuts than others. When we are ready, the night will continue to the next taqueria where I will provide insight on quality, what to order and a comparison to the previous or next taco stand. We will go from taco stand, to taco truck, to taco stand, trying the best carne that East LA has to offer. And no I will not be taking you to the iconic King Taco Truck, I am talking about authentic LA street tacos!
