When you arrive at Santa Fe Salt Cave you will be greeted and asked to fill out a simply waiver. To prepare for your Halotherapy session (45 minutes in duration) inside the salt cave we advise you to use the restroom then remove your shoes. Santa Fe Salt Cave was created from tons of exquisite pink Himalayan salt crystals . This amazing creation holds space for you to heal on many different levels via Halotherapy (salt therapy). Not only are the floors and walls of this man-made cave covered in pink Himalayan salt; we also use a halogenerator to defuse tiny salt particles into the cave. There is an added bonus of fiber optic lights in the ceiling that look like twinkling stars!
