I was born in Porto and I live a 20-minute drive from the center of this heart - and belly! - warming city.
I'm the author behind Lume Brando, one of the first Portuguese food blogs.
My culinary project unfolds in the form of food photography and creating and sharing yummy recipes. The passion for the ingredients, their aromas and flavors, has been with me since childhood, stimulated by a family where we have always eaten and cooked with pleasure.
Over the years I have added several cooking workshops to my curriculum, both as a student and as a monitor, and I love to receive friends and family at home with beautiful tables and delicious food. It will be a pleasure to share with you the wonderful Portuguese gastronomic tradition, namely recipes that explore our fabulous canned fish! Because, well... yes, you CAN!
