Join me at the Leiths School of Food and Wine at 11am on 29 January 2020, where we’ll work together to create three of my favourite recipes from my latest cookbook.
We’ll start off by getting to know each other and I’ll provide some of the tips and tricks I’ve picked up over the years, and share some of my fondest cooking memories. I’m also keen to find out more about your own cooking journey, whether you’re a passionate baker, a part-time chef, or a total novice who just wants to try something new! This experience covers all the basics while offering something for everyone, whatever your age or skill.
Then it’ll be time to get creative with a hands-on session that will bring out your inner chef, using only the freshest ingredients as our base. We’ll create three of my favourite recipes and I will take you through the process, step by step, but I’m also keen to see you bring your individual touch to the final plates.
Once ready, we’ll enjoy our creations over a glass of wine (or soft drink). Each guest will also receive a Leith’s School apron, along with a copy of my cookbook to take home.
Booking will open for my Cooking Experience will open on 9 December 2020 and as this is a social impact Experience, 100% of what you pay goes to Chefs in Schools.
