In 2014 I took a trip through several countries of Europe, which allowed me to work as a chef in private residences and explore local restaurants and ingredients. This is how, with a brushstroke of European gastronomic culture, I began to combine foreign recipes with Costa Rican ones, creating fusions as unpredictable as impressive.
Since I'm back, I have been thoroughly acquainted with Costa Rica, exploring places, ingredients and people through the experiences generated in his classes of personalized cooking classes.
