Food and fine dinning has always been my passion, I live by the quote “Love of beauty is taste, creation of beauty is art.”
Currently I am the Sous Chef of a scratch kitchen in Buckhead as well as the Chef of my personal business. Originally from south Florida , I spent my early culinary years studying at Miami Culinary Institute and working under Miami’s top chefs at Tom Colicchio’s restaurant, the South Beach Food & Wine Festival, and Essensia. Two years ago I moved to Atlanta, where I worked at the famous Tiny Lou's for a year under their Chef to learn French pastry. I am also ServSafe Food handler’s certified. I aim to take my guests on a culinary journey from the moment they walk in to that first bite.
