This is a once in a life experience, we are showing you how to clean, cut and portion different types of meat.
Do you know something about the authentic "Chimichurri" sauce? Stay calm, that another thing you’ll get to know here and which we will then taste next to the famous "Choripan". You will get to know all our tips of how to light the fire, the cooking times of each cut, and how they are located on the grill. You will try different "achuras" like Chinchulin, black sausage, Sweetbreast; and then the main meat, loin, rib eye, tails of quadril: typical cuts of cow. They will be served with grilled vegetables also on the grill, and with salad. We will accompany you with a great argentinean Malbec wine.
