I will teach you how to make Portuguese tapas dishes. You'll "learn by doing” in a restaurant environment, so that you'll be able to cook the dishes again when you go back home. Each participant will work at a private cooking station at our restaurant. With our guidance and support, you'll prepare and cook three typical Portuguese tapas dishes from different regions of Portugal. While we work together, you'll also learn a little bit about the food history of Portugal. We will tell you the story behind each dish or its main ingredients, and we will match the dish with a wine that represents its region. Once we are done cooking, we will all sit at a big table and enjoy the meal that we have prepared together while we sip our wines. We'll end with a yummy dessert.
