<For Beginner Chefs (Tuesdays to Thursdays)>
In this experience you will learn the basics of Japanese cuisine, using seasonal natural ingredients. For example, you'll make dashi (soup stock), cook rice, and learn how to use cooking utensils. So, even beginners will have fun! The 2.5 hour cooking class includes a 1 hour 45 minutes cooking experience & 45 minutes dinner time. This course costs 7500 yen/person.
<For Advanced/Professional Chefs (only on Saturdays)>
If you are an experienced cook, an advanced cooking class is also available on Saturdays upon request. The 3 hour advanced cooking class includes a 2 hour cooking experience & 1 hour dinner time. This course costs 8500 yen/person.
