I will guide on a tour of "Poggi del Chianti Winery", in a XIX century farmhouse where myself and my family produce organic wines and extra virgin olive oil. The winery is located between the villages of Cavriglia and Gaiole in Chianti, upon the Morellino hill, around 1 hour from Florence, Siena and Arezzo. The tour moves from the outside to the inside of the winery, focusing on the winemaking processes and the Tuscan traditions. At the end of the visit, the tasting of the wines paired whit some seasonal snacks: white, roseè, Chianti and Chianti Classico, Supertuscan, Vinsanto del Chianti. Evo Oil.
