We'll be making two popular corn-based dishes: salbutes and garnaches. Think of them as open-faced tacos--but not like you've ever had.
The experience begins with a brief overview about street food in Belize; then a discussion about the ingredients we'll be using. You are free to ask any questions about the dishes we are making or Belizean food in general.
You'll enjoy your meal with Ellude's Belizean-style pepper sauce. There are four flavors to add to your dishes and full sized bottles will be available to purchase.
