Originally from Canada and born to Spanish parents, I moved to San Sebastian to carry out my culinary degree at the Basque Culinary Center, a culinary university. After graduating, I moved to Copenhagen to work at restaurant noma. After 2 years in in Denmark, I decided to move back to Spain and share the knowledge I gained throughout my culinary career with other like-minded people who love to eat and cook.
The other Alex is Barcelona born but world taught, he has worked in restaurants from London all the way to Aspen!
He is the master of wine and will make sure your glass is always full!!
