Spend an evening exploring old KL: search out historic colonial gems & speakeasies (bar with a hidden entrance). This is a unique walk with good stories and anecdotes from a local who knows how to get around the city. You will learn about Old KL, architecture & our culture. To start the tour we meet at Central Market. From here get ready to be absorbed in the diverse colours, flavours and colonial architecture of eclectic Kuala Lumpur. I'll share with you stories of what once was. I'll show you pictures of times before and leave your imagination to weave back to the past. We continue towards Chinatown (on a parallel road), which is often bustling and heaving with people enjoying a spot of shopping and street food. I will share with you places to eat and of other speakeasies for you to discover at the end of this walk. I'll help you plan your itinerary in KL with hidden local spots or answer questions about the city. We end with a sundowner at a speakeasy where you may craft your own cocktail (price not included in the experience): the perfect place to sit back, relax and reminisce on your experience.
