We will welcome you to our highly rated restaurant. After introducing each other, I will take you through our cozy place. You will see how my husband and I prepare every day before we open our business. I think this will be a very rare experience for you. You'll enjoy watching as my husband demonstrates "Katsuramuki"—one of the most difficult, yet essential techniques for professional Japanese chefs. I will show you how to make an egg-rolled omelette and we'll make it together. You'll then sit down to enjoy your tempura dishes freshly fried from the kitchen. Once your meal is almost over, it will be time to hang the Noren Curtain—a Japanese traditional shop curtain—and you'll have the chance to hang it when it's time to open the restaurant. Normally, only the owner of the shop can apply such goodwill, but this time, we'll welcome the customers together.
