Learn to cook like a Bolognese in a typical Bologna home. Get hands-on help preparing your own lunch or dinner from a friendly chef during this activity. This experience consists in preparing some specialities of Bologna culinary tradition.
Begin by preparing the dough for tagliatelle or tortellini, and then roll it out and fill it before baking. Learn how to prepare the dough for the ravioli and how to fill the ravioli as well.
You will make the ragu` ( bolognese meat sauce) and two kinds of hand made pasta: tagliatelle and Tortelloni ( you will learn to fill them with ricotta cheese, Parmigiano Reggiano, garlic, parsley, nutmeg, white pepper and salt)
At the end, it will be served a local dessert (prepared in advance) and of course water and wine (1/2 bottle each participant )
You will be hosted in a tiny, cozy apartment in Bologna. The kitchen is small but this tiny environment will make your class even more authentic.
There is no elevator and your host is at the third floor.
