When you arrive to the beautiful traditional village of Sudaji, your car will be greeted by Kadek Ayu and your unique experience will begin with a short walk through the rice fields to our our open-air kitchen nestled in the ricefields against a backdrop of mountains.
There, you will have the opportunity to enjoy a tea, coffee or water and soak in the stunning natural surroundings while we discuss the meal and the ingredients to be used in its preparation.
The cooking experience will be hands-on for all, as classes will include a maximum of four participants.
The recipes will be available for consultation as you go, and after you will take home your booklet.
After sitting down to eat your delicious meal, we will take a short walk through the surrounding the rice fields and I can point out local trees and plants used in food preparation.
