Welcome to San Pancho! We will cycle through town, starting at Entreamigos community center and warehouses. Here we can take a glance at the artist warehouse, the Circo de los Niños, Bodega theater, Recicla Shop, the compost and more. Then we will head through Av. Tercer Mundo, I will give an explanation of why its name to then arrive on Parque de la Hermandad. On this park we will see great street art, mango trees and the skate park. We will then continue to Plaza del Sol. There will be a brief explanation of the town´s name and its relevance with Saint Francis. More street art by local and foreign artist including Downs artwork. Then we will continue and enter a bit of jungle where we might watch endemic birds such as Golden Cheeked Woodpecker, Chachalacas, Parakeets and many more. I can also show you some trees from the region, such as the "tourist" tree, mango trees, the difference between coconut palms and the ones used for oil extraction. We will then get a snack and drink at the beach to return happy on the way back.
