Upon arrival in Kathmandu, a guide will meet you at the airport and arrange to take you sightseeing around the city the next day. The Himalayan journey begins when we fly to the town of Lukla, then we’ll trek to Phakding village, Namche Bazaar, and Tengboche. We’ll hike anywhere from three to seven hours on each day of our journey, witnessing Mount Everest in the distance, colorful Sherpa villages, fir tree forests, and herds of yak along the way. Each night we’ll stay at a guesthouse in the mountain towns along our route. We’ll spend our last night back in Kathmandu.
