Our experience will be like a gastronomic journey in the fascinating world of pasta made with Sicilian "ancient grains"!
I bet you don't know what the ancient grains are! These are worked with a natural stone, and left dry for hours and hours. In particular, our pasta is made out of two particular ancient grains: Perciasacchi e Tumminia.
Firstly, we will go to the market and select the ingredients for our pasta.
Then, we will start our experience understanding the main characteristics of the bran that makes these grains so special. At this point, ready to cook! We will prepare three variety of fresh pasta: tagliatelle, gnocchi and ravioli and we will cook the seasoning for pasta.
That is not all! We will also have a typical sicilian dessert.
We will have fun :)
