Shortly after leaving the USA to reside in Barcelona, a friend advised me to study with him at Hoffman Hosteleria, a Michelin rated Gastronomy school located here in Barcelona. They provide the highest level of education in Spanish cuisine, with "French fuision" available. It turned out to be one my greatest investments and new discovered passions.
There, I developed the necessary skills and knowledge to execute dishes at the highest level. I also gained the experience necessary to confidently teach groups, the most well known and quintessential Spanish recipes, along with a bit of their history and interesting trivia.
I’ve taught cooking classes to hundreds of satisfied guests in BCN and I’m looking forward to hosting events in which I can share what I have learned and to making it an unforgettable experience
