You can be a SUSHI MASTER! and learn basic Japanese ingredients, easy and practical cooking way and food culture in my lesson. We will cook miso soup and 3 varieties of sushi, like nigiri sushi, traditional rolled sushi and California roll. This class is private course so it is possible to focus on your question and personal interest. In addition, you can feel ordinary Japanese life in my kitchen.
Firstly, I will show you how to make sushi rice and “dashi” which is traditional Japanese soup stock made from fish and seaweed. After that, we will make sushi and miso soup. Finally, we will eat all dishes together after finished cooking.
