After having welcomed the guests and described how they will spend the time dedicated to the experience, we will go to the garden area where the big wood oven of the house is located. It is placed under a large pergola covered with fragrant jasmine!
Our guests will wear their aprons and will actively participate in the whole process dedicated to the preparation of pizza and then tiramisu.
We will begin by explaining them the history of Neapolitan pizza and in particular of the famous 'pizza Margherita', we will illustrate the necessary ingredients with the relative quantities for the preparation of the dough and for its leavening. At this point, we will pass to the practical lesson. We will prepare and knead the pizza dough and put it to leaven while also preparing all the necessary ingredients for the different flavours: pizza with mozzarella, tomato, basil, extra virgin olive oil, garlic, oregano, etc ...!
Before rolling the dough and putting it into the oven together, we will prepare one of the most famous Italian desserts, that is TIRAMISÚ!
Our guests will then finally taste what we have prepared with beer or wine!
