We start with the delicate experience of lobster sashimi with a live demo of the preparation.
You will then be introduced hands-on to the techniques and tips of cooking and preparing your own whole brown crab; eating it at its most fresh and delicious.
Next, a whole lobster is yours. Again, you'll learn how to cook, prep and pick to indulge completely in this superfresh experience.
If it's all too much for one sitting you can take home the rewards of your efforts for a salad or sandwich.
This class will spoil you, entertain you and give you the skills and confidence to buy the more exotic seafood that many feel is too fiddly or complicated to prepare at home.
*If timing works, we can go to the Harbour together to collect our shellfish fresh and live from the fishermen. This can't always work due to the changing times of the tides but I try my best to accommodate.
