I am happy to welcome you in my home among olive trees & vineyards. My kitchen is big, with a spacious table, fully and simply equipped.
We will prepare 2 traditional Tuscan dishes of the area between Florence and Arezzo or tradional italian ones.
Dishes vary upon the seasons following heritage recipes as Pappa al pomodoro , Homemade Pizza, Ravioli spinach & ricotta, Tagliatelle Ragu, Vegetarian Tagliatelle, Gnocchi sorrentina, Pici ( Tuscan pasta ), Orecchiette ( South Italy pasta), Typical Tuscan appetizers & seasonal bruschettas, Stewed chicken , Amatriciana sauce, Carbonara sauce, Cacio e Pepe sauce, Tiramisù.
I use fresh herbs from my garden and extravergin olive oil from the groves around my home.
After cooking, we enjoy the meal together as a family with local Chianti wine . If the weather is nice we can enjoy the food in the garden. You will receive my family recipes so you can cook them again when you are back home and share them with your friends and beloved ones to save them through the time.
