Liberate your artistic self and develop confidence. Free the artist within and take home the masterpiece you create. We will try out different methods that suit you best to find the abstract painter in you. You can paint blindfolded, left handed and experimental painting to music.  This art exploration takes place in my art studio. The participants work individually or in a group. Duration 3 hrs. Materials included. THE PROCESS Phase 1 Painting blindfolded releases the creator from ambition, merit or competitive performance. It provides an environment to flow into your brush stroke and find your unique expression. This part of the workshop is accompanied by music. Phase 2 We will then review the painting in progress and engage in finding it´s qualities. Next using our left hand only (or opposite hand) we will exercise our ambidexterity. This part of the workshop is accompanied by experimental music.
