I make handmade pasta since I was little. I still remember the weekends spent in the kitchen with my Grandma pulling the dough, with the room full of the smell of ragù, slowly cooking on the fire. This is what I and Pia want to share with you!
Firstly, we'll have coffee and introduce ourselves. Then, the action will start! We will follow together Pia's teaching: starting from ragù bolognese, dough preparation, and finishing doing tortelloni, tagliatelle with ragù and ravioli (for any request please ask). We will also prepare a delicious dessert. You will discover all the secrets behind these traditional dishes that make Bologna famous all over the world, learning them directly from who holds them since generations. We will provide you with a notebook containing the recipes, where you can write down the key steps in the preparation and bring the learning back with you.
The cooking part will last around 2-3 hours and will be held in a wonderful location, in the Bolognese province immersed in the green.
