We'll start the day with some arrival drinks (hot coffee or cold beer) and snacks before diving straight into the dough, mixing everything by hand from fresh, organic ingredients.
While our dough is proving, we'll turn our attention to the wood-fired pizzas, first making our own sauce from fresh tomatoes, before shaping and topping our pizzas by hand and baking them in 90 seconds in the roaring-hot clay oven.
There will be drinks throughout the day. Have you tried vermut? We'll enjoy a cold glass from the local bodega.
Weather-permitting, we'll take a dip in the pool, so don't forget your towel!
There will be time to take in the beautiful surroundings, go looking for some fresh herbs in the garden, and enjoy the views back over Barcelona.
All pizza'd out, we'll end by baking our own artisan breads to take home!
