My name is Riccardo, I am 25 years old, I have a degree in Food and Wine Sciences & Cultures from the University of Roma Tre. I love cooking, I learned with my mother and my two "nonnas" (grandmothers).
After high school, I traveled around the world (Africa, Portugal, Spain) for a year to understand what I wanted to do with my life. Back in Rome I decided to start studying cooking: I attended the Italian Chef Academy in Rome (and obtained the HACCP for food safety) and then moved to some Roman restaurants where I went from theory to practice.
Today I teach how to make homemade pasta and at the same time I continue the passion for wine, attending the course to become Sommelier of the Italian Sommelier Foundation.
