Affectionately known as “Kanazawa’s Kitchen”, this is a lively area located within walking distance from Kanazawa station. Our resident IN KANAZAWA HOUSE cooking expert has created this experience to teach you the wonders of Kanazawa through its unique food culture.
You will not only learn how to best enjoy fresh seafood and Kaga vegetables the Kanazawa way, but will be able to do so in a traditional machiya house that is filled with history. Experience this course and learn how to make authentic ‘dashi’ stock, traditional Kanazawa dishes, and more that you can recreate back home.
