This southside home is located on the edge of UAB campus, just steps away from Hill University Center and Bartow Arena. Easy access to UAB hospital and Children's of Alabama! Perfect space for a traveling nurse, professor, student, or business professional. The home features a relaxing living area, a bedroom with a queen bed, and a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook a meal. There is also a spacious, shaded, fenced-in backyard. Property entered through the rear of the home.

Stay in a great location, affordably. At the moment the kitchen is under renovation, although no renovations will take place during your stay. The kitchen consists of a gas five burner range, refrigerator, and limited counter space with a working coffee maker, microwave and toaster (walls, countertop, and kitchen sink are not finished at this time). Separate drive and private entrance make it convenient as well. Shared fenced in back yard and hot tub area accessible. Dog friendly!
