Our delightful, spacious home is set in the perfect location to experience all that South Lake Tahoe has to offer. It is situated within a short walk from the Tahoe Keys Marina where you can rent boats, jet ski's, kayaks or paddle boards in the summer and a 10 minute drive from Heavenly ski resort if you are here for some fun in the epic winter snow. The extensive bike path is at our door step and it is one of the best ways to explore the beauty of our magnificent mountain. Welcome to our home!

We live in a brand new housing development. The house was built in August of 2020. The area is super safe. There are lots of places to walk and ride around. There is a park and a basketball court right across the street from our house. We are about 30 minutes from beautiful Lake Tahoe and the biggest little city in the world (Reno). We are within walking distance from Walmart, Trader Joes, in&out, Dollar store, Famous Footware, and many more. I grew up here. I know all the best spots.
