1 mile from downtown! You get your own private bedroom w/ a bathroom that you'll share with other guests, if any are there. Very quiet, peaceful neighborhood. 2.4 miles from Rupp Arena, 2.5 mi from UK. I'll also be there if you need anything. I love people so if you need/want to chat, I'm in! Or, if you want to just be left alone & get some rest, I 100% respect that too. Your bedroom will be on the 2nd story along with the bathroom you'll use. My room & bathroom are downstairs. It’s a big house!

Conveniently located near 4 grocery stores, shopping, near 4 hospitals and the University of Kentucky. Garage parking is available with an automatic garage door opener.
