It sits on the bus route for Okemo Mountain, and is walkable to groceries, gifts, restaurants and bars. It even has a tap house, "Eight Oh Brew" on the base floor of the building, down just 2 flights of stairs from where you will be staying. This location has onsite parking, laundry and firewood.
