Distiller’s Cottage is in the historic district of Lynchburg, TN. It has been an nightly rental since 2016 and listed on AIRBNB since 11/2017, but changed ownership in May 2018. It is the same great property. It's a short walk to the town square and the Jack Daniel Distillery. There is a private courtyard with a fireplace (wood provided),a gas grill and hot tub. The backyard is completely fenced in for your pets (limit 2, 25 lbs. maximum, $30 pet fee). Let's discuss the pets before you book.

The Crutcher House circa 1933 features a large front porch with rockers and gliders, you can see the town square from the front lawn. The house has 10 ft. ceilings, new bath with a large two person tile shower, modernized kitchen, two large bedrooms, one king and one queen. The large living room includes leather sofas, fireplace gas logs, Dish network TV, and WIFI. The modern kitchen offers gas range, micro wave, refrigerator, DW and Keurig coffeemaker (pods and ground coffee included).
