The apartment is new and 90m2 big (fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, with WC, and shower facility). It is 8 km from Koper. 10 km from Trieste. Parking place for one car is covered. Your car will be all the time in the shadow. You have your own entrance and extremelly spacefull terace. Bus station is 100m away. The apartment has a place where you can leave your bicycles. It is situated in peacefull neighborhood. The surrounding area offers beutifull places for swiming 5 minutes away.

The apartment is situated near Italian border. Pleasant surroundings are improved by a well kept environment and unspoiled nature, as well as a courtyard all around the house, with an array of Mediterranean flora of cedar and pine trees, fig trees, palm trees, oleander bushes and a cascade of flower beds down the slope.
