My place is 300m to Kendalls Beach which can be viewed from the balcony.

The Light House, Kiama Blow Hole and Harbour are nearby.

There is an excellent selection of restaurants nearby within walking distance.

There are markets held regularly including the Farmers Market at the Surf Beach park.

You’ll love my place because of its located away from the busy areas of the town.

Being located on the eastern side of Manning Street there are no major roads to cross to get to the beaches.

Tila
The LaVista complex is one of the newest and modern apartments in Kiama.

The apartment and its large balcony faces east with coastal views of water pounding the rocks to the distant shipping. The view nestled through the Norfolk Pines along Kendalls Beach.

The balcony area is fitted with a large table with 8 eight cushioned chairs but capable of accommodating 10 chairs. The table is fitted with marble inserts capable of holding hot food. A natural gas Weber barbecue is provided for outdoor cooking. Even though the table is large there is ample spare space left on the balcony to move freely and enjoy the facility.

A comfortable lounge room with leather recliner lounge suite, large 55CM LCD TV with DVD offers endless entertainment and relaxation opportunities. The TV is connected to the Internet through the free WIFI.

The lounge area opens onto large balcony area with double sliding doors.

Adjacent to the lounge is the dining room accommodating up to 6 people with 6 leather chairs.

Adjacent to the dining room is the kitchen with all the essential requirements, large fridge, gas cook top, electric oven,toaster, kettle, microwave, dishwasher, rice cooker, sandwich maker, soda stream etc... The apartment is fully self contained with all cutlery, plates, glasses etc... There are a large number of basic cooking utensils pots and pans. The kitchen is modern with Ceasar stone bench-tops and glass splash-backs.

The wet areas and balcony are tiled, living areas have timber flooring with carpet in the bedrooms.

The laundry has a wall mounted Robin Ironing cabinet complete with Iron.
There is a dryer, washing machine and small sink. There is a bench with cupboards and laundry hamper. above the bench are cupboards with a small pull out clothes hanger.

There are three toilets. The, powder room, main bathroom and en-suites each have a toilet.

The main bathroom has a medium sized bath and large shower recess with reasonable size vanity.

The en-suite has a large shower recess plus vanity.

The main bedroom is large fitted with a queen bed, next to the bed are bed side tables with lamps. There are 6 wardrobe bays. The windows as with all windows in the apartment have plantation shutters. The main bedroom faces east and has easterly views to the ocean, there is a sliding door that opens onto the balcony.

The two other bedrooms are similar to each other. They are fitted with King Single double bunks, two bay wardrobe, desk and chair. Windows are fitted with plantation shutters.

The whole unit 2 apartment is included in this offering exclusive to the customer for the duration of their stay.

There are two dedicated car parks allocated under the complex accessed by a remote controlled garage door.

Access to the apartments storeroom on the ground level is provided for storing bikes and any beach gear.

The apartment is accessed either by stairs or lift and is on the first level.

There is a common facility at the rear for use by complex tenants for drying cloths.
