Nice place for couples. Very clean large one bedroom one bathroom smoke friendly condo. Access to private balcony. It's a shared entrance. It's about 20 condos in the one building. The building was built in the 1970's. The outside of the condo is not newly renovated. It is a smoke friendly condo and environment. If you are smoke sensitive this is not a good fit. The condo itself does not smell like smoke but you could possibly smell smoke in the hallways.

This space is in a building with lots of character. It is in a very safe area. It is a VERY quite building and has an eclectic group of residents. The outside of building is older and unassuming but condo it self is cozy and beautiful.
Also, I have been experiencing guest having small gatherings (parties). This is not allowed. My condo is for two people max. Im trying to find the perfect way of saying this without being negative, however, if you have a party, gathering, set-back, etc., you will be evicted ASAP and will loose you’re deposit.

The condo is located near tons of restaurants from fast food to fine dinning.
Sports arenas: Ford Field (Detroit Lions), Joe Lewis (Red Wings), Comerica Park (Detroit Tigers) all within a 15 mile radius.
Close to the Canada.
