Private room for rent in a fantastic neighborhood. This spacious room on the first floor has hardwood floors, beautiful light, and is a comfy, cozy space. Just 15 minutes from downtown, a short walk to light rail, and easy access to I-70 and the mountains, the location is key!

This is our family home, and due to the current realities we are now teachers who work partly from home, so you will most likely see us in the house. Our curious, talkative and sometimes spirited 8 year old is also in the home. Occasionally, there will be times you hear squeals of joy or the pitter patter of little footsteps upstairs. If your goal is complete silence and relaxation during your stay, this may not be the best listing for you.

We are a non-smoking household, and due to allergies and asthma that are exacerbated by third-hand smoke, we can't host smokers (even if you are smoking off-premises).
If you smoke tobacco, we will need to charge an additional cleaning fee of $150 and you may receive a negative review.
We have one (semi-shy) cat and one very friendly dog.
We value quick communication and are happy to help accommodate your needs, but as teachers it may be difficult to reach us immediately during the day during the school year.

We're in an established neighborhood with lots of mature trees. We have some interesting surrounding areas with great, independent restaurants. We have great parks and rec centers within walking distance.
