The flat is top (1st) floor and part of a renovated Victorian terrace on a quiet one-way tree lined street that is very near to shops, supermarket (Sainsbury's) and cafes and restaurants in an up and coming area in-between the city centre and universities near bus routes and 5 mins walk up into the beautiful Sussex Downs.

Stylishly decorated with original paintings and mid-century furnishings and a graffiti piece in the bedroom by a local artist. The flat is airy and light and is comfortable to hang out in.

You have full use of the whole flat:
In the living area there is a dining table with 4 chairs, a double sofa bed, leather reclining chair, TV, electric piano and a record player with a large selection of vinyl you are welcome to use with care!
In the bedroom there is a double bed, a glass top work desk, drawers and a hanging rail to store clothes.
The kitchen is fully equipped and fitted with Corian worktops, a dishwasher, washing machine and everything you need to be self- contained during your stay.
