Clean, modern, lower level in private west side home. Owner lives upstairs. Has queen bed and futon that makes into bed. Private enterance. Kitchenette. 1 and 1/3 mile to Main Street. 3 miles to U of M Stadium. Bus stop one block. Parking on street in front of home. Max 2 adults.

Lower level has it's own entrance. Space is one large airy freshly painted room with separate well furnished kitchenette with washer/dryer and one small bathroom.

Muuta huomioitavaa
I am close to town (1 and 1/3 miles from Main St) and all the amenities of Ann Arbor/ University of Michigan. Its a one block walk to the bus stop which runs throughout Ann Arbor including the University Hospital and U of M stadium. If you are over 5'11" tall - know that there is a four foot section of this area that is 5'11" from the floor to ceiling. Also the shower head is positioned at about the same height.
