was built on or about 1885.for Charles Ellis and his family.He was the president of the American Locomotive Company the largest factory in the city building steam train Locomotives. it remained a single family mansion until 1948.his granddouther Ruth sold it to an Italian social club and they called it Amity Hall until 1970's.
