Enjoy sunny days in this open, bright and cheerful space, and quiet nights in the safe condo association tucked off the beaten path. Less than 5 minutes to Carle Hospital and 7 minutes to U of I campus. Tons of space and storage—master bedroom suite with attached full bathroom, plus a second bedroom with desk and additional full bathroom, a large living room, generous kitchen, dining area, and an additional sitting room or office. Ramp access and walk-in shower in master bathroom.

We love this condo and the area so much, we're keeping it for when we need to downsize out of our current house. While this area is quiet and tucked away, you're only minutes from anything you'd need! This is a perfect spot for travel nurses or interns at Carle Hospital or Provena Covenant, or studying or working at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. We've kept it furnished with the basics (as seen in photos) including kitchen essentials, bedding, and towels. For stays under a semester (4 months) we'll cover all utilities, garbage, and provide wifi. If you are staying longer, or if you'd just like to put these in your name to manage your own costs, we'll discount the appropriate amounts from your rent.
