Clean Up, Key Return & Check-Out:
Check out time is 10:30 am or before. If you want to inquire about late check-out, please contact Colleen at 410-935-2771 the day before your check-out is scheduled.
Please bag your trash and place it in the dumpster in the parking lot.
Please place dirty dishes and dishwasher detergent in the dishwasher and start the wash cycle.
Used towels should be placed in the laundry basket located in the bathroom.
Please return your parking pass and door key to the front desk manager.
If there is no one at the front desk, place key and parking pass in after-hours key drop box.

1.Smoking or Grilling is NOT allowed ANYWHERE on the Property.
2.The Guest renting the Property must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age prior to Check-In date and must stay overnight at the Property every night for which it is rented.
3.Please contact the Marylander property manager (410-250-9920) to make arrangements for key retrieval for late arrivals after 4 pm.
4.Check-in time is 3pm or later. Check out time is 10:30 am or earlier. Late check out until 6 pm is possible if the unit has no incoming guest confirmed for your Check-Out day. Please check with Colleen at 410-935-2771 to arrange late check-out if desired. There is a fifty-dollar ($50) fee for late check-out.
5.People other than those in the rental party may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest. Guests are not allowed to exceed the occupancy limit agreed to.
6.Guests should not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors; Code-enforced neighborhood quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. – 8:00 a.m.
7.All of the units are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.

8.Keep the property and all furnishings in good order.
9.Only use appliances for their intended uses.
10.Pets are NOT allowed ANYWHERE on the Property.
11.Parking is limited to one (1) vehicle in the designated parking area under the Property building. Please obtain a parking permit from property manager upon your arrival. Parking on the road is permitted as signed if you have additional parking needs. Any illegally parked cars under the Property are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.

12.There is no daily housekeeping service. While bed linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We suggest you bring beach towels. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units.
13.Any garbage must be stowed in the proper garbage or recycling receptacle on the Property. There is a dumpster in the parking area for disposing of garbage bags. Additional trash bags are in the closet.
14.No children under the age of fifteen (15) permitted in the Marylander pool without adult supervision. When using the pool, remember there is a certain health risk associated with this facility. Use at your own risk.
15. Guest and Rental Party must adhere to any and all rules as posted by property manager at the Marylander.
