Beautiful private and spacious 1000 square foot apartment on the top floor of our home overlooking Beaver Lake and only minutes to downtown.
This two bedroom, one bath apartment includes a family room with a coffee station and limited kitchenette, a covered and screened porch as well as access to a full sized washer and dryer.
Downtown is great for fun and hanging out and then hit the comfy beds here! This is not the place to party all night.

The kitchen is very limited but great for small snacks and such. It has a small refrigerator, two hot plates along with a variety of pots and pan, a microwave, Keurig for coffee, cutting boards, knives, utensils both for cooking an eating as well as a variety of plates, bowls glassware and mugs. There is not a kitchen sink, we provide a bin to put dirty dishes in and can change them out for you as needed. Let us know if there is something specific that you need and we will do my best to provide it.

We are in North Asheville over looking Beaver Lake, but just minutes to downtown, the Biltmore Estate, and other favorites. There are also great restaurants and groceries right in the neighborhood and you have easy access to walking around the lake (which includes a bird sanctuary).
