Magical 1935 knotty pine cabin situated along the Sandy River on a half acre. Its location offers the best of both worlds; remote enough to escape the bustling city, while still within proximity to fantastic eateries, convenience stores, and sporting shops. Minutes away from beautiful nature trails, and 30 minutes to popular ski resorts. Or if just looking to spend the night in, then relax in the hot tub or play board games around the fireplace. Well-behaved dogs are welcome.

Tila
This is a rustic cottage with an open floor plan of the living room and kitchen. There is a master bedroom that looks out to the backyard. At night, if you crack the window you can hear the sounds of the rippling Sandy River as you fall asleep. In the common space, there are steps leading up to the loft where we have twin and queen beds for more guests. There is a 3/4 bath. Walking out to the back deck, there is a grill for bbq. We have a neighbor on one side, but the surrounding trees provide for a private space.

Vieraan pääsy
The cabin is located off highway US 26. When exiting the highway, the road to the cabin is a gravel road and is accessible by the typical car in the summer. In the winter, it is best to have chains on your tires.
-Our cabin is not wheelchair accessible due to steps in the front porch and back deck.
-The cabin has a smart lock. Please reference check in instructions.

Please fully read the house manual before checking in, as well as the wood stove and hot tub instructions if you plan to use them.

CoViD-19: To ensure our guests' safety, we have set our listing to block two days between each booking. Our cleaner has been diligently and meticulously disinfecting all frequently touched surfaces, washing all towels and linens between guests--as we were doing before, ensuring that guests have plenty of soap to perform hand hygiene, and cleaning solution to clean surfaces during their stay.
