The property is situated close to the center of Santa Margherita Ligure a few steps from the sea. It has been recently renovated and equipped with all the modern comforts. Convenient to public transportation, it is located 5 minutes by car from Portofino. Railway station, Ferry Boats, bars and restaurants are within walking distance. Besides Italian, my family and I speak English and Spanish and we will be delighted to welcome you very soon.

1 king size bed and a sofa bed, free wifi.
A car parking is also available at the additional cost of 10 euros per day (to be paid on the spot). Out of season there is not need of it as there are many free parkings spaces in the area. However, it is highly recommended in high season.
