Sijaitsemme kukkulan huipulla kehittyneessä naapurustossa, jossa talot ovat avokätisesti erillään. Kohteemme ja sviittimme sijaitsevat suurella hyvin hoidetulla tontilla (lähes 1,5 hehtaaria). Lennokin kuvissa näkyy, kuinka paljon yksityisyyttä sijainti tarjoaa vieraillemme. Runsaasti puita ja pensaita antaa kohteellemme ja sviitillemme todella kodikkaan tunnelman.

I'm retired from a long career in HVAC. JoAnn and I recently moved to Sevierville, TN. Our new home has a self contained, private entrance Suite. We do not need that space for personal daily use. So, we've decided to make it available to others when visiting this most visited National Park in the United States, the 'Smoky Mountain National Park'. I spent my work career traveling throughout the U.S. and internationally. I know what makes great rental lodging. That appreciation for what satisfied me most is what we've used to create our AirBNB Suite.

JoAnn and I have a blended family with grown children. We've put our AirBNB Suite together to accommodate them when they visit. But in this busier than ever world, that will be less often than we would like. So the majority of time this private entrance Suite, with two queen beds and more amenities than you will find in most other facilities, will be available to you when you visit The Smoky Mountain National Park.

We are located just two blocks from the 'Parkway'. The Parkway is the main avenue that goes through the center of Sevierville, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Within one mile of our Suite are more restaurants than most will find time to use during their trip. These include Hardees, Outback, Buffalo Wild Wings, Texas Roadhouse, Longhorn Steak House, Chci-Fil-A, TGI Fridays, Applebees, IHOP and more. And the number of restaurants doubles in the next mile. And again the next and the next.... You're not going to go hungry for lack of good, close places to eat.

And DollyWood is just five miles from our Suite. Most other entertainment attractions are located on the Parkway within the first four miles you drive on the Parkway. We have all this information, and more, available to you in the Suite.

While we are extremely close to most of the reasons to visit this area, we are personally located in a very private, quiet neighborhood. We sit on a hill overlooking our 1 1/2 acres of well groomed property. Your entrance faces that scene. And to help you enjoy it, with a quiet moment after your full day of activites, we have a well shaded double porch swing that greets you just outside your entrance.

Your Suite has an honor bar that is well stocked with snacks. And the refrigerator is stocked with sodas. The large screen TV gets about every channel imaginable, including HBO, Showtime, Cinemax and Netflix. Games and puzzles overlook the game table, that doubles as a workspace if necessary. You have your own countertop ice maker, microwave, coffee machine and toaster. The cupboards are stocked with plates, silverware, etc.

Shopping is also convenient. Tanger Outlet is located on Parkway and is 1.6 miles from our Suite. It is the largest outlet center I've personally ever seen. There are 104 stores. You can go to (string this together as the website will not allow for some reason: tanger (Website hidden by Airbnb) / sevierville / stores). There you can determine if it has the store(s) you want to visit.

We feel our Suite will provide you all the comforts of home after spending full days enjoying the Smoky Mountain National Park's many attractions.
