This brand new, first floor apartment gives you lush amenities like central air, a king size Tempur-Pedic bed, FREE broadband Wi-Fi, a 43 inch HDTV with Netflix and TV Plus. Spa bath towels, the use of a private washer & dryer, assorted coffee & tea, and a kitchen ready with all of the appliances and utensils needed for a meal prepared at home. Sit on the front porch and enjoy the view of the Park or stretch out in the backyard. This property is perfect for visiting family, sending a child off to college, or simply a night away.
